The challenge

Rita had the hard part already solved: over 3,000 students taught and a method that works. What she didn't have was anywhere to send someone who asked "where can I learn more?": no identity, no site, just word of mouth.

The real obstacle wasn't visibility, it was credibility at first contact. Prospective students landing on a generic profile had no way to tell her apart from the flood of online English tutors.

The approach

I built the identity around the thing students actually come for: getting past the fear of speaking. The mark pairs a globe with a speech bubble (language as conversation, not as a syllabus) in a confident blue and red palette that reads as institutional without feeling like a school.

For the site, I structured the page the way she teaches: name the fear first, then the method, then the proof. The hero leads with "Overcome your fear of speaking English", social proof sits above the fold, and every section ends where a hesitant student needs it to: a single, obvious next step.

The outcome

The site ships in three languages (Portuguese, English and Spanish) so it works for the Brazilian base and the international students she was already attracting.

She now has one link that carries the whole story: who she is, how she teaches, and what happens after you book. The identity extends past the site into social, materials and class assets.
