Business

A consulting practice whose materials looked improvised next to the quality of the advice.

The challenge

Nath's consulting work was already landing serious clients, but everything around it (proposals, decks, social, the way the business introduced itself) had been assembled piece by piece over time. Each touchpoint looked like it came from a different company.

For a practice that sells judgment and rigor, that inconsistency is a real cost: it makes a senior advisor read as someone still figuring it out.

The approach

I built a single identity system with clear rules (logo, palette, typography and layout patterns) so every document and page comes out of the same kit, whether Nath is producing it or I am.

The site follows the sales conversation rather than a template. It opens on the promise the client actually buys (more time, more profit), then answers the question every prospect asks next: what does my business look like before and after working with her? A before/after comparison carries that weight, and the case studies close it with real numbers.

The outcome

The site ships in two languages (English and Portuguese), so the same presence serves her Brazilian base and the international clients she was starting to attract.

The consulting work now has materials that match it. One engagement featured on the site, a full restructure for a construction company, saved the client roughly $11,000 a year, and the case study finally presents that result the way it deserves.
